After 10 years with Real World, he set up two companies in Bath in the west of England. Noiz Electronics Noiz Electronics is his professional audio consultancy and service company which provides pro-audio solutions, repairs, acoustic consultancy and installation design for musicians, producers, studios and academic institutions.  RICHARD HUNT  -  Directing / Cinematography - Since beginning in broadcast television in 1977, Richard has produced a lot of his own material whether it be advertising, documentary, lifestyle or reality TV. He loves creating and blending the perfect ingredients for TV entertainment - namely ‘colour and movement’ driven by good storylines. His strengths lie in his ability to breathe pictorial life into great ideas and scripts by generating powerful pictures that plainly speak for themselves. Hunt attended the UCLA Film School in 1991 where he studied Directing Actors for Film, High-Definition Electronic Cinematography and Directing the Documentary. 'Slave to the Rhythm' is Richard's greatest work to date after 31 years of broadcast television experience as a Camera Operator and Director. Combining the use of High-Definition vision with 7.1 Surround Sound audio, he brings together this fascinating documentary on 'rhythm'.     Part One - Brazil - is available now.

Geraldo Magalhães - Brazil Production Consultant - His company is Diversão & Arte in Rio de Janeiro. Hunt and Pryce hired the services of Magalhães and his wonderful staff to research and make contact with key characters and performers for the 'Slave to the Rhythm' documentary. Geraldo constantly provided good humour, generosity and amazing links to everyone necessary for our film in the Brazilian music industry and more. Richard and Geoff extend a huge thanks to Geraldo, Paola and especially Lucia Jaimovich, for their immense efforts. They assisted the crew brilliantly in the short period that we were there and for the budget available.

Chico Neves  -  Rio Musical Producer  - Producer from Minas Gerais, Brazil, Chico is well renowned in the music industry and everyone who works with or meets him, is in awe of his high creativity blending craftsmanship with high technology and his laid back nature. He is a maestro in his field having produced many major Brazilian artists and film scores making him a key component to the production team for 'Slave to the Rhythm' Part 1. Chico Neves and his studio are in very high demand in Rio de Janeiro.  His substantial insight and collection of musical contacts, have made an invaluable contribution to this wonderful film celebrating Afro-Brazilian music. "Thanks Chico!"

Nikima - Presenter / Salvador Production Consultant

Nikima is the ex lead vocalist with the Bahia group Lampirônicos who enjoyed great success in Sao Paulo and Rio. He performs regularly as a DJ and singer often collaborating with the great percussion enthusiast Ramiro Musotto as "Afrosudaka". They mix sounds of maracatu, frevo, ijexá, row, amongst other regional rhythms, passing for strokes of hip hop, drum n´ bass and electronic timbragens. This talented artist from Bahia has recently recorded a CD with a band called "Scambo" and performed in the Salvador Carnivale with renowned Brazilian singer Daniela Mercury.

Nikima was joyfully enlightening to the documentary team with his relentless optimism and charm.  He patiently explained his religion, Candomble, to the cameras and happily shared his annual day of worship to the Goddess Yemanja.  As an Afro-Brazilian musician he is the perfect illustration and connection to the exotic spiritual practices and rhythms of Bahia, Brazil.
